
教师简介
龙登,贵州大学大数据与信息工程学院教师、硕士生导师,2023年入选贵州大学一流学科特区人才计划(特聘教授)。主要从事无机半导体改性研究,尤其在二维半导体光电材料的生长制备、结构表征与能源光催化应用方面,具有良好的研究背景。近年来在相关领域的权威期刊发表论文20余篇,其中以第一作者(含共一)及通讯作者身份在Coordination Chemistry Reviews, Applied Catalysis B: Environment and Energy(3篇), Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, ACS Photonics, Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells, Applied Surface Science, Environmental Research, Ceramics International等国际顶级期刊发表十余篇论文。并担任Coordination Chemistry Reviews、Results in Engineering、RSC Advanced等知名期刊审稿人。现阶段的研究聚焦于:新型二维半导体光电材料制备与改性、材料表界面光电子动力学分析,能带结构调控,载流子输运优化、光催化还原CO2、光电探测器、场效应晶体管等研究。
