According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, the Engineering Center relies on the construction and management of Guizhou University. The university has established a construction and operation management committee led by relevant leaders at the school level, with the participation of departments such as science and technology, personnel, disciplines, finance, and assets. Responsible for implementing conditions guarantee, daily supervision and management, and annual assessment, and researching and solving major problems in the development of the engineering center. The Engineering Center implements a director responsibility system under the leadership of the school. The director of the Engineering Center is publicly selected and appointed by Guizhou University in accordance with the Management Measures for the Construction and Operation of Engineering Research Centers of the Ministry of Education and the Management Measures for Research Institutions of Guizhou University (Natural Science), and is reported to the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education and the Ministry of Education for record. The director of the engineering center is responsible for the overall work of the engineering center, and sets up a deputy director and a dedicated secretary.
